I've had to do a little bit of everything do to staff employment issues there have been times where they have had me tend to the bar in the mornings going into the afternoon while simultaneously taking orders and serving tables this happens often as in the first half of the day both managers are busy and we have no bartender I've had to pot wash when we had no pot washer and i also had to be a bus boy running the food to all the tables and the same with the drinks and of course in addition i also serve tables as a waiter my responsibilities included Brunch set up cleaning up the tables attending to the guest attending to the bar polishing the cutlery when we were finished for the night refilling the sauces making sure the bar is also clean sometimes setting up the bar in the mourning arranging the tables in order to the amount of guest we would be receiving etc...

Mainly organizing warehouses and Helping the other Tradesmen do important work on the hotel.
