  • Successfully managed the day to day handlings of a busy Chiropractic Clinic that had five different Doctors and saw most patients in fifteen minute increments. This would entail me speaking to at least seventy to a hundred, plus, people a day between welcoming Patients, answering phones, emails and the Business WhatsApp.
  • Daily tasks included reviewing daily schedules, verifying billing details match appointment type, checking Insurance Portals to ensure accurate insurance information, verifying correct diagnosis codes, checking high volume of faxes daily, adding pertinent information to Patient Charts and forwarding to appropriate Doctor. Balancing accounts at end of day and organizing Cash Deposit at end of each week.
  • Coordinated all aspects of clinic operations, including referrals, patient bookings, and insurance submissions, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
  • Proactively answered calls, addressed inquiries, and provided information to patients, fostering positive communication and enhancing patient satisfaction.
  • Played a key role in the clinic's growth, contributing to a positive reputation in the medical community and increased patient referrals.
  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment, managing diverse responsibilities effectively. Because appointments were mostly 15 minutes I would be checking people in and out, rebooking one to six appointments at a time while processing correct copay and fielding phone calls, emails, requests from Doctors via teams etc.
