• All roles and responsibilities are same as previous job (Artex).
• Added responsibilities are quarterly filing - Bermuda Capital Solvency Requirement (BSCR) return as per BMA regulations for Class 3B clients and help providing staff with knowledge and training whenever required.
• Not responsible for approving payments.

• Preparation and review of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Accounts, Cash Flow Statement, Schedules to the accounts and the Statements necessary for the interpretation of the Financial Statements by the Stakeholders.
• Preparation and review of financial statements as per US GAAP, IFRS and in alignment with the regulatory requirements of Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA).
• Insurance and Reinsurance accounting especially for captives and commercial entities in Bermuda.
• Analysis of the Financial Statements and preparation of various reports for the management decision making.
• Providing timely and accurate GL close activities. Posting of Journals in accounting software.

• Attending client calls for issues related to reporting issues or discrepancy. Assisting in audit requirements
• Ad-hoc activity as per client’s requirement. Approving payments as an authorized signatory
• Handling audit and filing statutory return/ Bermuda Capital Solvency Requirement (BSCR) return as per BMA regulations.
• Filing of Economic Substance Declaration with Registrar of Companies. Presentation of financial result at the Board Meeting and Annual General Meeting Assure adherence to all contractual, legal, compliance and standard policies.

• Preparation and review of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Accounts, Cash Flow Statement, Schedules to the accounts and the Statements necessary for the interpretation of the Financial Statements by the Stakeholders.
• Preparation and review of financial statements as per US GAAP in alignment with the regulatory requirements of Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA).
• Insurance accounting especially for captive’s entities in Cayman.
• Analysis of the Financial Statements and preparation of various reports for the management decision making.
• Providing timely and accurate GL close activities. Posting of Journals in accounting software.
• Preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet items reconciliation.
• Attending onshore Aon Cayman Team for issues related to reporting issues or discrepancy. Assisting in audit requirements
• Ad-hoc activity as per client’s requirement.
• Handling audit and filing statutory return for Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (Reef portal). Assure adherence to all contractual, legal, compliance and standard policies.

• Preparation of all taxation return, prepared statutory requirement & timely E - filing for the same.
• Developed weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual MIS reports and adhered strict timelines for the submission to the Top Management
• Internal, Statutory and Government (IRS) Audit, evaluating the internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings & implementing recommendations made by Internal Auditors
• Examined &analyzed accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports for assessing accuracy, completeness, and conformance to procedural standards.
