As Captain of my school's English riding team for the last academic year, I led us through a very successful season. I have built on this leadership experience in my senior year as a prefect in a girls' boarding dorm and I have loved being in this role. I have learnt how to branch out, talk to others and resolve problems as well as further develop my time management skills.
I was on the Honor Roll in the Spring semester of my Junior Year, where my GPA was between 3.5-3.8.
I have worked doing food rescue at my high school, helping to give food that is not used to people who need it more than us. I have really enjoyed giving back to the community, and the feeling of making someone's day a little bit better. During my time at BHS I participated in park and beach clean-ups. I loved seeing nature thrive and helping to take care of our island. In March 2025 I did a service trip to Puerto Rico and helped endangered plants in the rainforest. It was very rewarding and such an amazing experience.
I spend most of my time at my school and at home, along with horse riding and competing. I rode for myself and then rode for my team at my boarding school. I also used to dance and would participate in shows. I ski on most weekends in the winter and take advantage of the beautiful mountains in Colorado. I was part of a 'line dancing' club in my senior year. I have also helped lead many workshops at my school, for example for Earth Day, Unity Day and others.
