Jewellery Business, Personal Project

  • Foxy Lady is a bespoke jewellery business, where I am learning skills through building a brand. This is an ongoing side project where I am able to showcase my creative skills.

Intertwining Thoughts Symposium, 2020

Via Zoom, Royal College of Art, London 

  • We were a group of RCA students who wanted to combat the impact of the pandemic crisis. As COVID-19 had driven our community apart geographically, we were more engaged with one another online to pursue additional goals to our usual practice and lives. Even in uncertain times where we can't be as physical and hands on in our activities as our practice normally requires, we've endeavored to discover new ways to engage within textiles.

  • I managed a team of technical staff to showcase the student body Textiles Show. Where I oversaw installing and taking down displays, keeping health and safety requirements and documentation. I attended meetings with department heads to bring the show together.

  • As part of a small team we were tasked with understanding the concept of each work and deciding placement within the space so the exhibition flowed and created a story.

  • Working along side academic and external staff, I assisted in the production of the London College of Fashion Graduate show. I oversaw the creative process of production from beginning to end; Graphics, Content and curation. I worked alongside several departments gaining strong working relationships and knowledge.
