Over the course of more than a decade in the workforce, I've progressed from a seasonal pool and beach attendant to an Assistant General Manager in training. Along the way, I’ve consistently driven measurable results: increased revenues, improved team performance and proficiency, higher profit margins, record-high customer satisfaction, the development of IT applications for member use, and contributions to the Investors in People portfolio. I possess a strong work-ethic and have a passion for learning and developing the people around me.
